PASADENA, Calif., Jun 24, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Ameron International Corporation (NYSE:AMN) today reported net income of $9.5 million, or $1.03 per diluted share, in the quarter ended May 30, 2010, compared to net income of $9.4 million, or $1.02 per diluted share, in the quarter ended May 31, 2009. Consolidated sales increased to $136.5 million in the second quarter of 2010, compared to $132.9 million in the second quarter of 2009 and $109.0 million in the first quarter of 2010. |
