Notes Eleven: LEASE COMMITMENTS

The Company leases facilities and equipment under noncancelable operating leases. Rental expense under long-term operating leases of real property,vehicles and other equipment was $5,084,000 in 2005, $5,025,000 in 2004, and $4,773,000 in 2003. Future rental commitments were as follows as of November 30, 2005:

Future rental commitments for leases are not reduced by minimum non-cancelable sublease rentals aggregating $1,708,000 at November 30, 2005.
